Marilyn was a public school teacher for over 30 years before retiring in Brampton. She was always well respected by all the children in all her classes over the years. She was always available to give that little bit more help to children that needed it, as well as to new teachers just entering the teaching profession who were overwhelmed with all they had to do to get ready for their first class. Marilyn passed away unexpectedly on April 8, 2014. She will be sorely missed by all those she taught and worked with in her many years of teaching. She was a wonderful person and she displayed that characteristic in every class she taught, hoping the children would also adopt that characteristic.
