What I am writing is factual; 1. He smelled like Marijuana on more than one occasion. 2. He was a racist, whereas he commented on Italians and their food as "Wops" and "Wop Food", and Indian people as "Brown". Curious if he had the authority to use the term "Wop" I had asked him if he was Italian and he replied, "Do I look Italian?" 3. He came to class numerous times late. 4. Only cared about the class and their grades about the last month of class. 5. Missed days and never told the school/class on 4 separate occasions. One instance was two days in a row. 6. The class was unruly and he never showed authority and just put the lesson on the board with two examples. The rest of the class was "work time" where he just sat there and looked out the window, ALL THE TIME. 7. He never checked our work to see if we were doing it correctly. 8. Tests and quizzes were never handed back and marked by our peers, so if you did well it is because your friend marked it, and the books to study from were always in horrible shape. 9. If you called him out on any of his non-sense and racism he kicked you out of class and complaining didn't get you anywhere after the fact because all the principal did was sit in one day, the class typically toned down, and the student was outed as a "rat" and a "liar" which is completely untrue. 10. He was also a fan of the students as he even smoked drugs with them at lunch time outside of the school. All the above are FACTS and this man should be fired without a pension!
