Parent of 2 at Fern
I am not fond of Mr. Moy's leadership style. He is a top-down imposer of Board rules rather than a champion for the school and community. His school pledge is nonsensical and inane. And I do not believe he has garnered the respect or admiration of the student, parent or teacher community. That said, Mr Moy has had to oversee difficult transitions at Fern including increasing french immersion and full day kindergarten. Notwithstanding his robotic leadership style, I believe that Mr Moy is a decent administrator and there do not appear to be any significant problems with the running of the school.
