Me. Martin was the best teacher I ever had. He taught me Grade 7 & 8 gym at Hopewell PS. He encouraged me to participate in gym, nudging me to sports, when I’d never had the opportunity otherwise. He taught the class the value of hard work! I flourished under his leadership and now have athletic children of my own. I wish I could let Mr. Martin know how profound an impact he had on my life, and my post secondary studies in PhysEd and Kinesiology. Every once in a while you come across a teacher that changes your life. Mr. Martin was that teacher for me.
