Ms. Zidar is one of the best teachers that Mary Ward has to offer. Don't let her (sometimes sarcastic) sense of humor and perceived pedantry scare you away from getting to know her. She is the most honest, reasonable and genuine teacher I have had the pleasure of interacting with. Her passion for learning is evident and she genuinely cares about each student; she devotes her time to helping every student she can grow as an individual in the learning process through her work with Student Success and many other initiatives. Ms. Zidar is never afraid to tell you what you need to hear, when you need to hear it, and for that I love her. Awesome teacher, who never seems to lose sight of her love for teaching and the joy it brings her never goes unnoticed. Even after 24 years of teaching, she never goes a day without laughing. Great teacher, and even better person.
