In grade 12, I had a choice between a spare and Ms. Coyle's all-girl's gym class. I didn't want to take another class, so I asked Mrs. Coyle if I could just pop in her gym class every now and then. She encouraged me to take the class because I would be more committed to being fit. Her class was one of the most influential classes I have ever taken. I learned the basics of fitness, principles which I carry on today in my daily exercise plans. I learned the importance of taking a holistic approach to fitness. I'm very glad I took her class. She was very knowledgeable, supportive, and inspiring. Not to mention, h-i-l-a-r-i-o-u-s. Thank you Mrs. Coyle!
