As a principal he had no control over the school. Bullying was out of control at the school and he made more excuses and favoured a lot of kids over others. He doesn't know how to do his job right! Everyone in Tilbury is glad he is gone to another school. Staff couldn't stand him either, but he was protected by his superitendent and the director of the school board.
