I was in here Grade 11/12 Science class and it was the most difficult class to attend. Ms. Lee-Poy expects you to come to class prepared and understand the subject that was not even covered yet. I often have to catch up that I am in dire need of extra help. But since she was so strict, it discourages me to even ask for help. She was also in a habit of discouraging students who has difficulty understanding the subject and often embarrassed students when they gave wrong answers. She does not correct the mistake, instead, she gave out threathening remarks like "what kind of answer is that? you want me to strangle you?" "if you can't give me the correct answer, better to just drop my class" .. If I had known that I could complain about her, I certainly would've. But being new in the country and was nturally timid, I let all those remarks/experiences slide right off.
