Johnny Walker
This man is a fraud. He is an infant trapped in the body of an adult male and knows too little of everything...lending to the hazy conclusion that he actually knows something. He actually tried to defraud the former North York Board of Education for billable teaching hours by magically being at two sites (schools) at once. He was summarily fired.
