According to my volunteer student, she treats the job like a baby-sitting environment rather than a learning environment. Very dissappointed with her level of classroom management skills. Lesson plans are never followed, and end-of-day notes to teachers are prepared before first recess even begins. Do not recommed her for any supply role.
