The best teacher I have ever had to deal with. Excellent person, knowledgeable and always there top help the kids.

While on labour action (not a strike), she spent 45 minutes with my wife and I after hours discussing my child's learning. Mme. Bulgin had already anticipated our greatest concerns, and had proactively come up with activities for us to do at home. She has also taken phenomenal steps towards his social development. At this point, I see here as having an insight into the mind of a six year old that is impressive and valuable.
