I had Mrs. Astolfo in grade 2 at St. Jude School on Nahani Way in Mississauga well over 20 years ago and she was such a great teacher that I still think of her and the lessons she has taught me (Michael Harding was principal back then). As I don't know where she is, I'm taking this opportunity to thank her by letting everyone know what an amazing teacher she is. She certainly made my adjustment to being in a new world smoother and I'm grateful to her for that. I hope that future grade two children in Mississauga are able to experience teachers as wonderful as her and that Ontario opens its doors to more teachers.
