Past Student
Mr. Baxter showed a lot of favoritism to one special 17 year old girl. He showed so much that took advantage of her and was found guilty of Sexual Misconduct. Mr. Baxter is a sick individual. I recently seen him working at a winery. Stoney Ridge. I wonder if the employees there know what his background is.
