Constantine was introduced to the parents to of avonmore Waldorf program as the official epsb representative for alternative programs within the public school board who was supposed to promote and support the Waldorf program. He utterly failed in this task and at times seemed hostile to the Waldorf program. Rarely making himself available for comment and rebuffing attempts by the parents to support and promote The program in their own way. Seeing how he ineptly managed his position and bumbled his way through the entire program I feel that he should be removed from his position immediately.
