Delphi as a school has a lot of potential. During my time there however, the head of program was Joyce whom was widely believed to be on some sort of mood altering drug. Joyce is a good teacher much in the same way that Nurse Rachett is a good nurse. Joyce's motto is happy is good, and she has no patience for anything that is unhappy or bad. Although I believe she means well she lacks certain qualities that make a great teacher.
