Mme. Cloutier was probably the worst teacher I have ever had. She pretended to be kind in front of the principal, but when no one was around to see, she was rude, mean, conniving, manipulative and on more than one occasion, she blackmailed students. She constantly bragged about all the money she had and her "new yacht". She would always bash religion and those who believed in a higher power. She was a bully. Her tests were usually quite unfair, the workload was much too hard for grade 8 and overall, her class was miserable. By far the worst teacher I've ever had the displeasure of having.
