She appears stressed and is often quite disorganized. It seems she starts too many projects and struggles to finish. Her classroom is full of stuff and is distracting. Seems overwhelmed most of the time. I have observed her interaction with other staff and she appears to be a bully towards them. I'm aware Kim left teaching and has since returned. I really hope she took the time to do some self reflection and improve her skills.
