She takes her job passionately, very postive and believes in every student's ability to excel. Students are treated as individuals and she utilizes multiple intelligence strategies to reach each student. She provides prompt feedback while learning is going on to improve students' performance: assessment for learning. Great teacher who loves her job indeed!
